Brenen was the first one to the bus stop. He didn't want to miss the bus.
The bus finally arrived after we stood there for about 30 min.
Brenen came back over to me to double check that this was in fact HIS bus
after being reassured that he was on the right bus to school.
He was the last one to get on.
He made it!

i grew up only 2 blocks from my elementary school so i walked but i always wanted to ride the bus. to me, riding the bus was the best part of class field trips.
So so so cute!!! Was it bitter sweet??? His first time going alone, but Proud that he's going by himself?
I got teary eyed when I got home, but then had to suck it up and get on with taking care of two other kids.
